Pool Service FAQ's

How long does a regular pool cleaning service take?

A standard pool cleaning service usually takes 30min~1h, depending on the size of your pool and the level of cleaning required. But we’ll do a deep cleaning for the first time. Green pool recovery services may take longer, especially if multiple visits are needed.

Can l cancel or change my package later?

Absolutely, our plans are flexible and you are free to choose different packages at any time.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not necessarily! As long as we have access to your pool and the necessary equipment (e.g., pump, skimmer baskets), our technicians can perform the service without you being home. We will always leave a Pool Health Report and any important notes for you.

How often should I have my pool cleaned?

We recommend weekly pool cleaning to ensure optimal water quality, equipment longevity, and algae prevention. However, the frequency may vary depending on usage, location, and season.

Can you clean my pool while I’m on holiday?

Absolutely. We can maintain your pool while you’re away so it’s clean and ready when you return. We can also provide service reports via email.

Can I skip service during the winter?

We recommend reduced but consistent cleaning during winter to prevent algae, chemical imbalance, and equipment issues, especially if the pool is not covered.

How do I know my pool has been serviced?

After each visit, we leave a digital or physical service report detailing what was done, chemical levels, and any notes or recommendations.

What type of filters do you service?

We work with all major filter types—cartridge, sand, and DE filters. We also provide periodic filter cleaning and replacement as needed.

How do I prevent algae from coming back?

Prevention includes maintaining proper chlorine levels, brushing walls weekly, and ensuring good circulation. We offer algae prevention treatments if needed.

How do I prepare my pool for a party or special event?

Book a one-time clean 48 hours before your event. We’ll ensure your pool is spotless, balanced, and looking great for guests.

How do I know if my pool pump is working properly?

You should hear a steady hum and see consistent water movement. If it’s noisy, leaking, or losing suction, let us inspect it—early fixes can prevent major repairs.
